Jason Wainscott

COO & GENERAL COUNSEL

Jason is Formidable’s Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel. He works with the team on day-to-day operations while also administering Formidable’s SEC compliance program, and maintaining the firm’s policies, procedures and code of ethics.

Jason works to ensure that operations are transparent—ensuring the firm’s clients have enough information to make educated choices about their financial plans and investment management decisions. He conducts regular reviews of the firm and its compliance programs, and works closely with the Financial Advisers to facilitate their work with Formidable clients.

Jason has more than 15 years of experience in the legal and financial sector and is a University of Cincinnati graduate and a graduate of the Loyola University New Orleans School of Law.

Jason and his wife, Chrissy, live in Wyoming, Ohio with their three daughters, Maggy, Elly (deceased) and Mary Hope.
