Krysten is the Director of Client Services and Chief Financial Officer at Formidable. She has been with the firm since it was founded and has worked with Will Brown since 2011. Krysten has been instrumental in the growth and development of the firm and has been a valuable resource for clients, advisors and staff.

Krysten’s responsibilities include the day-to-day management of the firms Client Service Team and troubleshooting complex client related issues. She enjoys the challenge of overseeing the firm’s finances while also handling payroll and expenses. She is also responsible for opening new accounts, processing client requests and serving clients generally.

Krysten has 14 years of experience in the financial services field and is Life and Health insurance licensed.

She has two children and lives in Madeira, Ohio with her husband, Ben.
